The Performing Arts Center is available for rent. Ideally suited for your next performing arts event, the stage and auditorium are also an ideal, complimentary space for a convention's key-note address, a trade show seminar, and the facility has even played host to a wedding and annual bodybuilding events! If you know of a date you are interested in, we will hold it for you, at no obligation, for up to six months prior to your date, or until another organization expresses interest in your date. At that time, you will be given a 28-day first right of refusal. Rental rates are per day and vary according to your technical needs. You may rent the entire facility, or our lobby areas are available separately. Discounted rates are available for non-profit, 501 (c) 3 organizations as well as multi-day and multi-year bookings. The rental process begins with your completion of a brief rentalapplication. Based on the application, we will create an estimate anduse agreement for you. Rental confirmation requires the return of asigned estimate and contract, a 25% deposit, and proof of liabilityinsurance.
